Member Support Services
With the arrival of a new member of staff the SOA is now able to provided support to Members, on a one-to-one basis.
After an initial meeting to discuss what assistance is required, a variety of outcomes are possible. In the simplest case the SOA might provide the Member with relevant information via e-mail or a phone call. If further investigation is needed, e.g. to investigate possible new markets for a product or to provide technical consultancy, then one of the SOA staff could work on the subject on behalf of the Member, for upto 5 days at a cost to the Member of £150 per day.
