Organisation Description
We are a research centre focussing on the development and application of novel optical techniques to solve challenges presented by the life sciences. Laboratories equipped for both branches of science support the expertise of skilled staff, experienced in working at the optoelectronics/ life science interface. The Centre’s mission is to take new optical technology and techniques, developed by physical scientists, and nurture them through to final applications in the life sciences laboratory and beyond. The main research focus is nonlinear imaging techniques, such as multiphoton microscopy, but there is wider interest in a range of imaging technologies and applications. Part of University of Strathclyde.
Product/Research Description
