The newly formed Technology Advisory Group (TAG), a public/private partnership of representatives from Government, Industry and Scottish Enterprise, is developing a Technology Strategy for Scotland. The aim is to grow Scotland’s capability in focused areas of distinctive technology strength which support growth in our key industry sectors or where we have world leading technologies that are in global demand.
To ensure that we get the best advice and widest view we are inviting participation from across all sectors in workshops that will deliver the key information that will inform this new strategy.
Who should contribute? We need Engineers, CTOs, MDs, CEOs, FDs, Investors, Owners, Suppliers and end users. We need small companies, large corporate companies, academics, consultants and service companies. The broader the input we have the better the outcome will be.
This is your chance to make known your views and to highlight where enabling technologies could be used to improve businesses in Scotland. We therefore ask if you could spare some of your valuable time to take part in one of our workshops and online survey to explore the opportunities to grow the Scottish economy using our innovation base.
